Cancellation/Refund Policy

Full payment is accepted but not required at registration time. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your spot for all classes. Student(s) who are no-call no-show (medical emergencies excluded*) on class date shall receive no refund whatsoever.

I understand that people have busy lives and sometimes need to reschedule a class. However, the classes are planned according to class size. When students schedule and reschedule, it creates problems. I often have a waiting list for classes, so last minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to allow someone else to take that spot. Please be sure the class you sign up for works for your schedule and make the commitment to be there.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact me 1 week (7 days) prior to class date at jeffbwhitaker@gmail.com. You will have the opportunity to reschedule for a future class date.

Sometimes the need to train in unfavorable weather is unavoidable. Please dress accordingly if rain or snow is in the forecast.
